Eye Strain Due Too Long Time In Front Of Computer Screen.

This time we need to discuss about a problem that was developing in the world when technology has proliferated in our lives both at work and at home. A problem of eyes strain.
As more and more people using computers at work and at home, complaints of eye fatigue, concentration difficulties and inconveniences have been a common issue.

Computer video display terminals do not damage our eyesight but you will experience eye strain. Fortunately, by adjusting your computer at work, rest frequently, or use the right glasses can reduce these symptoms as said by the speaker Ruth Williams, M.D.
to resolve the cause of discomfort, first do an eye examination by your eye doctor, he could notify you the possibility of eye diseases and causes of your symptoms. You can also find out if you need the right glasses when working with your computer or you need the doctor latest advice.

Then, look at the computer at your workplace:

· Distance of the screen: You have to sit about 20 inches from your monitor screen, a little further than reading distance with the top of the screen below eye level.

· Equipment: Choose a monitor that can be set its brightness. Set according to the lighting in the room. Use a screen that can reduce the light on your monitor if necessary.

· Furniture: Chairs set up there with the best position. The top of the monitor flows parallel to eye level. Place the monitor on the buffer if necessary.

· Rest: Do regular rest, and try to blink so that your eyes won’t dry. Every 20 minutes, rest for 20 seconds and look at distant objects to rest your eyes. Shake your eyes upward, downward, to left and right and try to focus on something with a distance of 6 meters.

Hopefully by doing the things above, you can keep your eyes stay healthy and function properly. Remember the eyes are the Window of the World so spare your eyes.
