Point Of View
In this case, the sources of this problem maybe were brought by two different parties which is from that company's management and their own employee. In this case, management should be blame because their management on workers was lack of safety. The management should always give a complete maintenance and always make an inspection to that machine or equipment. It because that the equipment that provided by the company to lift the piece of sheet metal was malfunction when lifting load. It will give a bad impact to other people or worker that nearby by that place. That company also does not put a warning sign to public or workers that relate to this work because it was a work that people difficult to see the work process that over the head and it also was done on public area so it should be informed to public. That employee also must alert and know on any job that was running by the company and it may reduce the possibility or chances to any accident like this happen again.....
