Bullying at workplace vs psychological violent






Bullying happened someones keep doing or saying tries to intimidate another worker,or new workers.
Bullying always happened if someones not have more the humanitarian to do a judgement. bullying can happened in many types such as, unwarranted or invalid criticism, nit picking, fault finding,exclusion isolate, treated differently, shouted at having verbal and written warning imposed and more. This make a sense when you remember that the purpose of bullying is to hide inadequacy and people who bully to hide their inadequacy are often incompetent.


Type of bully at the workplace

1. Pressure bullying - is when the stress of the moment causes behaviour to deteriorate. the person becomes short tempered irritable and may shout or swear at others. Everybody does this from time to time, but when the pressure is removed and the person recognises the inappropriateness of their behaviour, makes amends and apologise.

2. Organisational bullying - combination with corporate and pressure bullying when an organization struggles to adapt to changing markets, reduces incomes, cuts in budgets and imposed expectation.

3. Corporate bullying - where the employer abuse employees with impunity knowing that the law is weak and job are scarce. For example, deems any employee suffering from stress as weak and inadequate whilst aggressively ignoring and denying the cause by bad management.

Bullying can affect the workplace overall health of organizasation. An unhealthy workplace. in generals these include, increases absenteeism, turnover, stress, costs for employee assistance programs, recruitment, risk of accident, and decreased and reduce productivity and motivation, morale, and corporate gains.
