Remember the CHERNOBYL disaster!!!

HELLO PEOPLE IN THE WORLD! Do you remember the “greatest technological catastrophe in human history”.It was the chernobly disaster and the accident also sent a shock wave around the world.The chernobly disaster was a nuclear accident that occurred on 26 April 1986 at the chernobly Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine.An explosion and fire released large quantities of radioactive contamination into the atmosphere,which spread over much of Europe.It is considered the worst nuclear power plant accident in history.

      Lack of an SAFETY CULTURE:

The April 1986 disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in Ukraine was the product of a flawed Soviet reactor design coupled with serious mistakes made by the PLANT OPERATER.It was a direct consequence of Cold War isolation and the resulting lack of any safety culture.We can see that human careless can kill thousand of human lives.

         Effect:

•  The accident destroyed the Chernobyl 4 reactor, killing 30 operators and firemen within three months and several further deaths later. One person was killed immediately and a second died in hospital soon after as a result of injuries received.
• Thyroid Cancers:It is now widely accepted that the Chernobyl accident has resulted in a massive increase in thyroid cancers in the three countries most affected.
•   Increases in many types of health disorders. For example problems of the nervous and sensory organs have increased by 43%; disorders of the digestive organs by 28%; and disorders of bone, muscle and the connective tissue system have increased by 62%; and malignant tumours by 38%. 

Global Crisis

After 25 years of tragedy chernobly.Human still no longer take a good lesson and danger of radioactive effect to human an the environment.And now radioactive is used for making nuclear weapon.Currently North Korea now has frightened the world by successfully creating a few nuclear missiles. they have successfully tested the first nuclear missiles in Asia.They forget the history   about the world war 2 and not see the effect of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki by the united states.That hundred of thousand of japanese were suffered by war.
